As more and more people buy and sell property, we are faced with a matched increase in complaints regarding the tedious procedure it entails. ValueProps aims to offer an online service displaying property available for sale and rent for the benefit of buyers, sellers and dealers of property to simplify this process for all three groups of individuals.

This website may be categorized or viewed in three distinct ways:

1.Free view- The online user is allowed access to information free of cost.

2.Commission view- The online user may access free information. However, in the event of such information being used and a deal being closed, ValueProps is entitled to a commission. The Commission view can only be accessed by registering with the website.                  

3.Pay per- view- Information in this category is placed by ValueProps on behalf of real estate agents or owners of property who has to charge for the access to the information provided in this category. The information can be accessed after payment is made to the information provider. If any information provided in this category is found to be incorrect by you, and the same is intimated to us within 72 hours of your payment, ValueProps will verify that your complaint is correct, refund the fee paid by you for this information. For any complaints lodged beyond 72 hours, we regret our inability to refund the fees.

It must be noted however, that ValueProps cannot be held liable for any incorrect information posted on our website. The content posted on ValueProps is created by members of the public and such content must be independently verified. However, since a price is being paid to access this information ValueProps is willing to retain the fees paid by the customer for 72 hours before transferring the same to the information provider, and if a complaint is filed regarding the incorrectness of such information within this time period, it will be refunded to the customer. 

The user agrees that ValueProps takes no responsibility for the veracity of the information posted on the Website and that the liability of ValueProps is limited to the refund of fess paid if claimed within 72 hours. ValueProps beras no responsibility and is not liable for any loss, damage that the user may incur based on the information provided herein. 

OVERWIEW OF COMMISSION VIEW

The user agrees to pay the commission stated in the website. The user undertakes to pay the commission in case of successful completion of the deal based on the information provided in the website. The company retains the right to initiate legal proceedings in case of default of the same.
